    If you're going "professiona" I'd suggest you get a seperate mic with a sound filter to prevent any breathing sounds / wind etc.
    If you're going on low budget, go for a mic built into the headphone like avery said.

    If you want a really basic one go to "Start" then search "Recorder". It will come up with "Sound recorder most likely or get Audacity at this site -https://audacity.sourceforge.net/.
