Chest Pain

Ok we'll it's currently 2:17 AM here and i have woken up from a wonderful sleep because of my chest pain.. My chest pain starts from the middle and ends up going to the sides of chest until I put some bit pressure on it and pain slowly goes and once I move it comes back. I normally drink a lot of caffeine and random Energy Drinks but this pain is just awful. The first time it happened only lasted for 1 hour and I drank some water and I felt better but after a month it's just keep going on and off every week. My doctors did some ultra sound on me and wanted to see me on the 18th but he said over the phone everything looks good. The pain is 8-10 and just hurts like a bitch and feels like your having a heart attack. Any suggestions?

Edit: Also my muscles like twitch a lot when the pain is going and also I fart and burp a lot.

What are you working as ?

I don't work. I basically go to school, come home, and do the same thing everyday. I ust to work out but since I had surgery the doctor doesn't let go workout.

Starts from the middle and hits the side bones on both sides of the ribcage.
