Hello, mpgh.net users.
One day, someone hacked into my account. I didn't sign up for any scam sites though. The person wasted all my zp and gp on useless junk. I was wondering if I could get a refund. Can someone help me please?

No. You cannot get a refund in anyway. This happened to me as well, and lost all my BP sadly. I sent them in a support ticket, but they replied they couldn't give you back the ZP.

Like I said, there isn't any way. This is said by Z8Games themselves.
We're sorry for the loss of your ZP, but it was your responsibility to watch for what you download. If a program that you downloaded looks suspicious, simply run a virusscan via Virustotal, then by the results, decide on either deleting it, or running the program.
