noobie to hacks needs help please with installing a downloaded hack for mw3 on steam,

I have downloaded master 131 steam version of aimbot and can not seem to get it to work for me. I have windowed my game and edited the config
page (I think good enough to play) but when I click on luncher it tells me windows Aero is not enabled/available on this system and to press and key to continue.... at this point I am lost.....Can someone with better pc brains please help me....

Did you enable windows aero? If not so try this How to Turn On and Enable Aero in Windows 7 (Enable Aero Peek) « My Digital Life
If this won't help and aerostyle won't be activated you'll not be able to use the hack :/..
