About merchants who sell stuff with paypal

Well, I have encountered many people that are selling accounts with paypal but there is a problem with me and probably with others.
I once created a paypal account with my credit card (i'm 14) and to own a paypal account, you must be, at least, 18 years old.
When I added my credit card to paypal account, they limited my account by not letting me do payments or receive money.

So, what's the point of this thread, you are asking?
Well, there's an option of upgrading your account to a "Business" one that allows us, users with no paypal account, to pay with credit card.
This is a simple request, the upgrading is free, you only need to fill up some more information and you are done.

Well, if anyone of you guys have this issue too and would like this to happen, comment here.
I hope, this will be accepted and merchants would have way more sellers.
