Hello,

Here's a little background information: I saved up enough money in my PayPal account for a GTX-670 FTW. I payed for one via eBay from a seller and not a business. My package hasn't arrived and it was sent in the US. It was delivered via USPS and they confirm delivery.

I was wondering, what are my options? It's passed 45 days for my access to a dispute via eBay and PayPal - I've requested that the seller redeems the signature (a signature was required upon delivery) and it was supposedly sent at 6:51am. I would've been up and ready to recieve the package, I've also checked the PO box and nothing.

So again, what are my options? Thanks guys.
I think it's time to leave the chalk at the chalkboard and give up.

That's what I thought. Guess it's time to save again? and would it be effective to tell USPS that it isn't my signature?
