you dont need any premium to make clan. just need to buy a clan registration at the war rock site or gamersfirst.

Im not sure but u mean.

1. If u wonna make a clan and ur prem. U still need to buy a Clan Registration Code. It costs 800 G1 Coins if Im right.
2. If u r not prem, u need to buy prem and then do like "1."

But if u have 800 Coins and Prem and u still can't make a clan. Then I think it's WarRock's fault. You can't do nothing about it...
