Got my steam hacked once...he changed all my info etc. same thing you did. There are steam resolvers, I imputed my named and resolved the person who steam forced me. Fried his vpn etc, and got his real ip. Not going into details f what happened to him. But counter strike, you seem to be a script kiddie, don't keep doing what your doing or you'll run into someone who can seriously hurt you.
