Simplicity to a point is boring. This is boring in my opinion, and the render doesn't suit the signatures flow. It has some perspective which is a good thing. Text is a distraction and needs working on. Tbh the smuding layer should be removed. Just looks like you've added the render onto a low quality image, smudged the render, and possibly added motion blur layers.

Sorry just trying to say what i think you need improving.
