Best/Cheapest place to buy a new key?

So I got banned the other day for no reason as far as Im aware of I sent an email to battleye no response yet , its looking more and more likely ill have to get a new key. I dont want to risk buying from here due to the amount of resold or already in use keys.

I was looking at buying this one, seems to be the cheapest I can find if u know any other places let me know.

Also Will this work with Darkeys cd key changer? my original arma 2 oa was bought through steam.

You can get Arma II OA from amazon for 11.99USD. Gives you the key as well.
