Try to use 7zip (portable)

I am using latest WinRar and it works for me. Check if filesize is correct and update your winrar version. Post result

This Is the biggest knock off of toxic v2 taking a mod menu that wasn't really even created by u -_-

None that I am aware of other than custom maps but I have had the game installed for years now, I will install a clean version of WaW and report back? Unless you have alternative suggestions.
