PSF, getting past the IP blocking.

Hey guys, i've been trying to play PSF (more like get PSF to log the final no scope address for PSF which isn't in USF) but I can't as I am in the UK and PSF has IP blocked non-Philippines IP's, I know some people have managed to get past this, how have you done it and have you done it for free?

I have tried IP Proxies but they don't work that well, do you guys know any good ones? I haven't tried any VPN's because I can't seem to find a free Philippines based VPN. Any help would be most welcome, thank you.

I don't see any way to bypass it for free, unless if you will buy a paid VPN for it.

Yeah! They blocked the ip from the other countries.
