Well click on MPGH logo on the top left and it should tell you what Minion they need for a section and click on that and Apply their.

You need at least 800 posts first of all...

You gotta be sexy for mod+. For Minion you need more than 800 posts, more than 4 months registered on this site, contribute to the community in some sort of way (releasing a variety of stuff, helping members in the help section, etc).

It goes like this: Minion > Minion+ > Mod > GMod

Keep doing well as staff and you move up the ranks until GMod, which is your last stop.
