I think so..I haven't played in a while so I can't tell you about the amount of servers..
Download the 1.4.382 patch and Tekno 2.7.0.1 version and play on that version..There's a lot that packages(patch + Tekno client) around the Internet, so find one, extract & paste it in your MW3 folder.

Doesn't work. I tried it but if I start the game I do not find any servers. So you can't play with this version and not with the hack.

It's detected by the anti-cheat/can't be used on the newest version..
