Something like that I think is possible, I would pay for one too, after a video of working proof is shown.

It would be similar to the trading bot.

I have no clue what you're saying because I'm not really a coder yet, but HKN(HotKeyNet) is a super easy way of automating whatever you want. It's like a programming language but super simplified.
