I got it, another forum gave me the solution. You guys are so complicated :/

God forbid you actually learn the language yourself. Anyone who has read the first 2 chapters of any C++ programming textbook would know how to use "::" properly. Please stop lying to everybody, it's obvious you have never used C++ or any other programming language.
