I used the DLC Patcher, only the peacekeeper worked. Now, a friend of me wants to buy me Revolution DLC and I can't unpatch steam. If someone could help me, please!!!

delete all steam files and folders (except for steam and steamapps) and then install steam again

all your stuff bought legal will save even after deinstallation of steam

Thanks, colorhacker for telling me what to do, steam and steamapps weren't 100% necessary but you told me to reinstall steam, and ytoof, for responding to my question. Thx for the help!
