[Request] League of Legends Guide Banners

If you don't know League of Legends already, MobaFire is a community website that allows you to post guides for certain champions. To make mines that much more appealing I need someone to make these for me, as I suck at graphics now.

What I need: .psd file
All I need is a banner within these dimensions that has a place for text somewhere. [ Banner is being used to separate sections as titles ]

[650 x 50 - 100]

There aren't many renders or even images of the champion I am wanting to make a guide for, so if you can make a banner equally presenting as a banner with the champion in it, then that is fine as well.
