Ive Have Lag on arma 3 And Ive watched all arma 3 lag videos to fix it
and my fps is Over 20 now but still lags as hell any help to that

Have you cracked it? I cracked, and had massive lag. Bought it, lag was gone. Make sure you have everything on loe too.

the game is just badly optimized at the moment i have a FX 8150 @4.8 GHz, SLI GTX 670's, 16GB of HyperX Beast CL9 1866MHz RAM and i have the game installed on a SSD and i still only get around 30 - 50 FPS max settings with around 2000 - 3000 view distance

At the moment its very un optimised some people really struggle to run it with good fps. What i found to help me was downloading the Razer Game Booster program (which is free) this boost's your game by closing down A LOT of background applications what you don't need, this increased my FPS by 15-20 which is a drastic amount for this game
