Well they both seem like low end cards, but take in mind i have no experience with these cards but judging by this benchmark, they are very similar cards only differing in price. What i would do is save up for a better Mid-High Tier card.

Well what GPU would you suggest for my current PC setup? the highest I would pay is about $150 that's my max lol. remember my PSU is 430w (just bought it and not buying another one) I don't want to buy something and end up burning up my whole computer

How long ago did you buy your PSU? Could possibly return it and buy a bigger one to support a better card like a 6850 or 550 Ti. Both those cards will run nearly anything pretty smoothly at high/ultra/max settings.

Whilst you have a high enough wattage, your computer is using pretty much it's full potential, whilst with a 600w it'll be hardly using any of it's potential. Long story short, upgrade your PSU wattage for better performance and less energy consumed.

At a glance i'd say the 6670 would be better by a small margin.
My friends has it and from my knowledge he can play dayz bo2 and bf3 at like medium up to max quality so its not too bad of a card.
