It depends on the creation of your account. If it was around IJJI --> Aeria transfer and you have a decent rank (Lieutenant+) you won't get banned.
If you have an account created today, it's ducky and you have a Noël, you're banned for sure.
You can't simply get the percentages, because they don't exist; don't lie/make up things.
