Combat arms swiftshader

How to use swiftshader for combat arms.( I want use it to get rid of black screen effect when step inside gas) I watched tutorials and learned that i must put the d3d9.dll file to game directory. When i do it combat arms just crashes. Also usually you have to repleace the d3d9 file originaly used by the game. I only see d3d9_35.dll (I might be wrong).
Question is how to use it for Combat arms?

Tried the patch, didn't work although i had all requirements ( intel processor, intel graphics)

That dll are from directx, did you install directx drivers?

Pfffff. It happen with swiftshader right ? Did you tried ask on their forum ? Maybe CA don't support such thing.
