PB error? Any advice?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has gotten this error and/or has any advice. I don't have any hacks on my computer and have never hacked on this account. The game worked about a day ago..

Can you tell me how? The customer support guy said it was a ban. I don't want to believe that since I never hacked on battlefield on my new account + I reformatted since the last time.

No, it's not. I have the same issue with you before. Here is some ways to fix:

1. go to Evenbalance and download the latest PB version.
2. Right click on BF3 then repair installation
