This displace is one of my works too, so i think don't have problem in use displace with my own works. Altought it has a text, and was the displaced japanese words.

At the right side of the tag, there is only a bg, and on the left side of the render, just some small effects.
The Chinese/Japanese text is almost unreadable, but it fits in the tag.

Ok, seems like your style isn't mine, because i do this smalls effects but it's not easy, i never just put some c4d and well done, i work hard doing extra things, like displacement and smudge, if you don't like it ok i understand, thanks anyway.
