How to play on testing while it is offline

Hello dear hackers,

After walking around testing and production servers i got bored of testing activity.. So i just got an idea and it works.

Go to C:/Windows/system32/drivers/etc open file hosts

under line 127.0.0.1 localhost write this

184.169.239.123 ec2-54-241-58-223.us-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com

You need to run notepad or notepad++ as admin to save the line

I know how to edit the file but i can't play.
I always get Socket-Server Security Error: Error #2048
