Which one do you think is the best optical power?
Sharingan - It can predict moves beforehand, secondly, it can copy techniques, thirdly, it can see chakra in one's body.
Summoning Contract Eye - Summons Sebastian (A powerful demon) that will obey any of his commands.
Geass - Allows Lelouch to issue a command to the victim, and the victim will unquestioningly do it. One use per victim.
Senringan - Allows Clairvoyance to see far ahead, and she can create a very accurate map with this ability and her drawing skills.
Akuma Spotting - This enables Allen to see human souls in akuma, which normally cannot be seen
Super Eye - It can see through enemy moves. It can even see particles.

Rennigan go hard too
Shiki-cut reality. OH YEAHP
Don't know much about any of them except for the Sharingan and Rinnegan, but looks wise I think some of the MS and EMS are the coolest.
You also missed a lot of their powers, but oh well. xD (Unless you were talking about JUST the base Sharigan, but that's not really fair. :P)
i would say that most of these are situational and would be close to useless where others exceed but if i was to choose i would say the Sharingan would be the better of them, depending on the stage of it.
Sharingan all the way.
Sharingan! Comes in handy if you're fighting someone or trying to get out of a sticky situation! (Without killing people per say)

Geass would be more useful than the naruto-eyes.
Just saying. You can make anyone do anything, at any time.
EMS for sure is can break though geass anyday.
this is a signature
"break through" right......
