Some hacks will not work on Win7 32 bit. Try and update your Net Framework 32 bit fir Win7.

Anyway, follow the tutorial of Riddick.
After that follow the tutorial of Hunted Man to edit .DLLs. And otherwise using PE Explorer to edit the TimeDateStamp. Good Luck owo
