Sent my application for the Navy!!!

As the title says, I have just officially sent my application in for the Navy

Would have done it earlier but the site has been pooping itself and had to be fixed...

I'm hoping to get accepted and become a Weapons Technician

the navy will teach you a lot
with the new budget cuts, i wouldnt hold my breath, but there's hope.

maybe in the future there will be a alien invasion and we will need our techs in the battle field controlling those spacecraft outer missile launchers.... but till then enjoy id say enjoy the sea...

There aren't any budget cuts here afaik

But you get heaps of other perks such as free health care, dental care and other stuff which is amazing

We don't have marines in NZ. I guess the closest to that are the Navy Seals. Also our Air Force isn't the greatest because we're such a small country.

The main forces are the Army and Navy and I have no interest in joining the Army.

Why the Navy?
