I dont have CoD 4. Ask in 4D1 Forum Mods Section. Im sure they would answer u. Maybe NTAuthority even plans to implement some maps of CoD 4.

Yeah, but since you are now writing hacks tutorials for MW2 it would be nice to have something else, all those aimbots and wallhacks are too boring, I would sugest you BO2 weapons and maps, also zombie mode would be great, thank you.

We can't import maps from other engine CoD's ffs. Why does everyone think that? Nuketown was imported from COD:OL get it right. More maps are planned for later but not for now.
