If its broken you can litterly move it all the way (Ofcourse it hurts like fuck) No i think you might have torn a muscle, if thats the case GO TO A DOCTOR! It will just get worse, and sadly if you have torn a muscle you might stay in gypsum (Or whatever you call it) for 3-12 months maybe more.

I honestly do not know what to say then. From what it seems, I think you may have torn a leg muscle. I would recommend you go to a doctor to get it checked out just in case.
