How to be unbanned from a iw5m server?

How can I get unbanned from a server. On a lot of servers I am banned for swearing. On some servers, I am banned for wallhacking. However, I don't wallhack. I just use a few commands to help the contrast and my lag of the game and this gets me banned.

So how can I get unbanned without getting a new ip address?
