1. press edit post
2. go advanced (if already not)
3. put the file in a .rar file (right click then go to New and press rar and drag file in there)
4. get 2 virus scans 1 from jotti and 1 from virus total and put urls of them in
5. press atachments (paper clip icon)
6. press add files
7. press select files
8. double click your file
9. press upload files
10. press insert inline
