10 referrals 5k ip combined, a rune page, 975 rp for 10 euros, which is 13 usd basically.

Combined value is SLIGHTLY more, but only a few euro, maybe not even. If you already got 10 referrals, this would be pointless and extremely expensive. Imo, not worth it, change your prices muahahahaha.
