At a glance it looks fine. Shop around for alternative parts if you want, and just compare stuff until you feel comfortable with what you got. Otherwise that should be fine, just make sure its all compatible, proper power etc etc the usual stuff.
Is there anything you have to back that up? Because I have seen more than PLENTY of computers running off of integrated GPU's that are still ticking. Most computers dont actually have dedicated graphics for that matter, and lifespan is never an issue. By the time it starts showing wear, the computer should already be very very outdated and out of its expected lifespan anyways.
*load on the CPU
And no, not really. GPU's work very differently than CPU's, and will not be giving you much speed if you are not utilizing it. So if you are not gaming, than you essentially wasted money. And its really not possible to 'wear' a CPU to the point where it is impactful, unless done over a very long period of time, or you mishandle it (such as OC'ing without proper cooling). It's designed to do exactly what it's doing. Its like a car. Sure driving 40 *** all the time might be better, but going 60 is not going to strain the engine to the point where there will be a noticeable impact in the car's lifespan.
