@silentmathew62 it is in the first download link in the server folder.

@brulure to use commands you do not need a /. It should be like this: "give staffofthefundamentalcore" (without quotes.)

@mercygarrote Make sure you are not running anything that uses port 80
Skype is usually the problem.

Do you know the cmd command to check what programs are using port 80?

Check for ones that are 0.0.0.0:80

@cate2 You have something that is using port 80.

Close skype, or another program that uses port 80 by using task manager (ctrl+alt+delete)

Turn off/ quit all communication programs, like skype, mumble,ts3 etc.
might work then, it worked for me when i closed my skype

Nope, I have none running on port 80, idk why my bat isn't allowing me. I extracted the files.Top cmd is running server.bat as admin and bottom isn't. My webserver.exe is running fine.

i delet skype and i close all programs and get error

@Xiolest check your environment variables, (Computer->right click->properties->advanced system settings->environment variables)
Make sure classpath and path both have a java location in them.

EX: Mine is pointing to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin
(There are other random things in path, dont change them, only java)
It could be pointing to an old version of java.
