UGC/Paybycash

guys
i h've got a UGC wich had 20 USD from the begin and i used it to buy 10k Zp on Crossfire. So i do still have 11 USD left on the UGC, so today when i tried to buy some more zp it said : "Sorry, this code is already redemmed"
Anyone who knows what i can do to use it ?

The rest should be credited to your account, login before you buy, and you should have like 11$ credit.

UGC is weird like this, I find that I have to go through the whole purchase process until you get to the page that you have to insert your redeem code. On the right hand side it should say "You have a balance!" And it has a login for you log into your "Paybycash" site. Log into this and it will take you to the Pay by cash site where it has all your prior payment details. Open up a new tab and to exactly the same thing. Choose how much you want, enter email, blah, blah, blah Until you reach the insert redeem code page again. Now, On the right hand side where it used to say "Login" It should have "You're logged in!" Below it will say "Use balance of US$**.**" Click on that and it will use the remaining fund's that you have left in your pay by cash account =)
