    Question [Help] Cant Download

    Evertime i try to download windos driver development kit it freeze's. I download it in 3 parts but still i will freeze and will shows that nothing it downloading. What do i do?

    No, what is a torrent site?
    I downloaded it from Cheat Engine. But when i try to download it to my commputer i wont work.
