Attention: Here are the answers to your questions:

Error 2048: Too much people connecting to server and causing it to overload.
If you ask to whitelist: Expect the Opposite.
I think that you guys should step up your game and go to a Create Your Own Private Server thread. Example: KrazyServer, MMOEmpir, etc.
