Yeah, if you really want to know how to fix this, all you do is open your ArmA 2 folder, and drag and replace all of the files from the Addons folder into your ArmA 2 OA addons folder.
THIS WORKS FOR ANY DAYZ WITH SINGLEPLAYER!
IMPORTANT NOTE: RUN THE GAME IN DAYZ COMMANDER, GO TO SETTINGS AND RUN IT THERE!
Haider, This is my first thread.
To fix tha thing. Follow these instructions below!
1. Download any singleplayer DayZ in DayZ Commander. Just download your game and stuff... (I am just saying how to fix, Not install...
2. Go to settings in Commander.
3. Go down to DayZ Directory.
4. Press override and change the last part to the name of folder. For example, I download CelleSP, Then I make the folder called @DayzCelle.
Here....
F:\SteamLibrary1337\steamapps\common\Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead @daiZySP <<<<< This must be changed to your SinglePlayer Modded Folder.
My directory!
Change the @Dayz to your SP Folder name, the folder you have in Arma 2 OA Directory, Back to example!
I will change @daiZySP To @DayzCelle
Then after put the parameters. Change this also in DayZ Commander > Settings > Additional Launch Parameters.
NOTE: Hopefully the SP Mod comes with Parameters!
This should fix it, How? Well the DayZ Directory goes with the ArmA 2 OA Game, And it gets the Directory of the both game and mod...
So yeah... 5. Profit?
Any Questions? Leave them below!

Thats a different and unorganized way, I use my way because it's more better and it's useful for people who has DayZ Commander.
thanks for this
