3. Most HSF come with thermal grease on it already, but you can buy after market paste if you want, but its not necessary.
4. You cant put CPU's in the wrong way. They have notches on them that line up with the socket that prevent you from putting it in wrong. Same goes for the rest of the parts in your computer.
5. Dont know as there is like 10 step 4's.

If you are talking about those power adapters probably not. If your PSU is around the same age as your parts it has all the connecters you should need, given you checked.

Like I said, touch something metal to discharge anything in your body before touching things like your motherboard or GFX card. The case will be fine to touch until you get your motherboard mounted.

90% of the time, most newer post supply come with all the cables you need for a new motherboard, so you should have everything you need, you can always buy cables that take you from a say 6pin cable to 2-4pin cable's you know?

Look at the power supply, look at the motherboard, and Video card. look at all the cables your MB needs and your video card needs and see if the power supply has everything you need lol. about the only way
