Well just like, contact the leader of each team and see if they are willing to still play.
Did you get a prize or anything or did that backfire too?

Suggestion: maybe next time don't force teams to be composed of only MPGH users, just make the leader to have it and they have to be availible, by that, i mean the one with a bunch of ways to contact you and are open for you.
