Well If you aren't already, become friends with her. And later on "best-friends". Once you're bestfriends you just tell her you feel something about her and that you want to improve the releationship. She's probably going to say yes, and she's going to be worried about "what about our friendship, or , what if we brake up we wont be friends anymore". So then when she says that, you just tell her don't worry, were still going to be friends and that you just want to try and see how this is going to work out.
