Mine 64 bit. Not about the bit is about other things.

your desktop also 64 bit?? now.. what is the problem.. maybe administrative rights? antivirus? windows version?motherboard? Graphic Card?DirectX?Microsoft Framework? Can you give us your Desktop full specs?? I want to try and figure the problem..
