SWIM does it quite frequently, in extremely small amounts though. Effects are mostly: talkativeness, confidence, no need to eat, no need to sleep.
SWIM said it's pretty good and definitely not as devastating as they describe it, as long as you can control yourself. According to SWIM it is extremely addictive though and getting off it might be a "pain".
The rule here is to not start it if you can't afford it.
