I wouldn't. Mojang just told me cape sales etc are illegal. In all fairness virtually no one knows. They dont mention it on the minecon details and the cape email says it can be given out etc. Very misleading and Mojang should be held liable. Its no recourse burying smallprint somewhere obscure on your game site and expecting your customers to stumble across it.
