No, you're thinking of the quest "Bamboozle Vs. Drudgen".

Supplies to spin the wheel of chance is a quest you can get either from Crag (Requires Crag), or from Swindle in tercessuinotlim; The one you quest load is the Swindle version which doesn't require Crag in your inventory.


I recommend you use Le Bot.

Some additional info: You'll need to use the Mana Golem bot to get 20xGem of Nulgath, and 3xTotems of Nulgath before you use Supplies to spin the wheel of chance to get a Juggernaut item (if that was the reason you wanted to do Supplies to spin the wheel).
