If a hacker removes wasteland team dots can they be re-instated?

I can't tell if it's my infastar "group icons" ESP that is sometimes removing the wasteland team dots over peoples heads, or another hacker in the server. Sometimes I'll use my usual hacks and the dots won't dissapear, other times I'll join and then 5 minutes later people in the server start complaining about missnig team dots. I can't tell if it's me or not.

ANYWAY, is there a way to get the team dots back for the server, I'm guessing if you have an exec it's technically possible to fake the original wasteland script player dots for them? (currently the only way to restore the dots is for the admin to restart the server).

Never seen or heard of that script before so I don't know.
