Well i was just botting and saw my inventory i got 4x Unidentified 13 how was that possbile?

You can stack some random items just by having more than one on your screen when you click to accept them, I used to bot Mana Golem over night (about a year ago) and come back and accept a stack of about 20 mem vouchers I'd use for gold.
They fixed a lot of items so they don't do that, but some still do.
