Rep power depends on how many posts you have , or who is going to rep you.
Don't expect that a member with 100 post will make a difference in your rep and that's why you get it grey.
But members with a decent number of posts will make a difference in your rep.
Also minions has more rep power than normal members.
I changed you rep from 10 to 46
