When I start the game and try to log in they tell me that it's an undefined error and I should check if the servers are up and running but from another account I can Log in....this means I got banned?...If yes...what should I do?

Is it on APEX server? A lot of people say it's having some bugs and EA is working on it.

May I ask... Were you using any hax on your last log? ...Because I get the same thing when I try to use autofinish, or even certain patched trainers for speedhack etc... sometimes the game freezes after a race, sometimes it just kicks me. and every time one of these happens, I get your error. Whenever I log clean, it never happens.... Which brings me to conclude that this may be an Implementation by the devs to keep hackers out for an hour? half hour? idk. But it definitely seems intentional, especially considering it always happens when I'm kicked or when it freezes infinitely loading before the rewards (when hax are used ONLY) -in my case.
